A gentle introduction to mindfulness designed to offer steadiness, peace, comfort, and connection—especially during times that feel uncertain or heavy.

Delivered over Zoom, I'll invite you to slow down, pause, and reconnect with the present moment, using simple, accessible mindfulness practices delivered to meet you exactly where you are.

Nature plays a supportive role in daily wellbeing, offering both grounding presence and an invitation to engage our senses.

This course is designed to gently deepen your connection to the natural world through simple techniques and thoughtful prompts.

By tuning into nature—whether noticing birds, light, sound, or seasonal shifts—and practicing mindfulness tools we explore together, you may begin to experience a greater sense of anchoring, calm, and awareness.

These natural touchstones help mindfulness feel more accessible, embodied, and alive. Through shared practice and reflection, A Place to Land also nurtures a sense of community, reminding participants that they're not alone in their experience.

No prior mindfulness or nature experience is needed—only a willingness to pause, notice, and arrive.

Participants will learn practical tools for returning to the present moment, a renewed sense of grounding, and a deeper appreciation for nature as a steady companion in everyday life.
