The practice of Ornitherapy, or Mindful Birding, works in concert with the birds and the natural world to provide benefits to our mind + body + spirit.

Research shows a clear correlation between immersion in the natural world and improved cognition, mental and emotional energy, and feelings of positive wellbeing.

Deepening our experiences with birds and the natural world by intentionally slowing down, engaging our senses, and being aware of the present moment, can offer some positive outcomes to physical and mental wellbeing, including:
